Our journey begins in Verona, where we settle in and prepare for our exploration of the Italian Alps. From there, we continue into the heart of the Dolomites, staying in carefully selected accommodations in Bolzano and Trento that provide comfortable bases for discovering the region’s food, wine, and mountain traditions.

Surrounded by vineyards, alpine valleys, historic towns, and dramatic mountain landscapes, these locations offer easy access to many of the producers, cultural sites, and culinary experiences that define South Tyrol and Trentino. Producer Visits

Many of our most memorable moments take place beyond the historic towns and mountain cities. Throughout the journey, we will visit artisan producers, family-run businesses, mountain dairies, wineries, distilleries, beekeepers, and food makers who continue to preserve the traditions that define life in the Alps. These visits provide a rare opportunity to see how regional specialties are produced, understand the relationship between food and the mountain environment, and meet the people who keep these traditions alive.

Free Time

While the itinerary includes numerous guided activities, we also believe that independent exploration is an important part of travel. A full free day in Bolzano, along with selected free meals throughout the journey, allows guests to follow their own interests, visit museums, ride mountain cable cars, discover local restaurants and wine bars, shop, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of one of the Alps’ most fascinating cities.

Transportation

Throughout the journey, we travel aboard a modern private coach operated by a trusted transportation company based in Trento. Their experienced and attentive drivers are an essential part of our team, working closely with us to ensure smooth logistics and a comfortable travel experience. As locals, they know the region exceptionally well and often provide valuable insights into the places we visit, taking pride in sharing their home region with our guests.

Routes are carefully planned to minimize time on the road and maximize time enjoying the destinations we visit. Whenever possible, we coordinate drop-off and pick-up points to place guests as close as possible to the heart of the action, reducing unnecessary walking and transfers.

Our coach is clean, safe, air-conditioned, and spacious. Because we travel with small groups, many seats remain unoccupied, providing extra room and comfort throughout the journey. Whether traveling between mountain valleys, historic towns, wineries, or artisan producers, transportation becomes a relaxed and enjoyable part of the overall experience.

Pace of Travel

This is not a rushed sightseeing tour. Distances between destinations are relatively short, allowing us to spend less time on the road and more time enjoying meals, conversations, and meaningful experiences. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable pace that encourages genuine connection with the places we visit.

Flexibility & Seasonal Opportunities

While the core elements of the itinerary are carefully planned, we intentionally leave room for seasonal opportunities that may arise during our travels. September is one of the most exciting times of year in the Dolomites, South Tyrol, and Trentino, as vineyards and orchards enter harvest season and mountain communities celebrate the changing of the seasons. Local festivals, markets, harvest activities, food events, and special invitations often provide unexpected highlights that become some of the most memorable moments of the journey.
